Shaoxing Keqiao issued a blackout notice:

"In accordance with the spirit of the provincial emergency meeting on September 20 and the spirit of the provincial government's main leadership instructions, the province is required to immediately implement electricity load reduction for key energy-consuming enterprises. Local governments will suspend production at key energy-intensive enterprises until the end of the month on the premise of ensuring safety. Measures will be taken by the power sector for key energy-consuming enterprises that have not been shut down before 11 o 'clock on September 21. A total of 161 factories involved in the district, all printing and dyeing, chemical fiber industry enterprises.

All towns (streets) please inform the enterprises to comply with the requirements. Ma 'an Street should immediately reduce heating load through the thermal power enterprises, and orderly arrange the shutdown of the heating enterprises according to the reduction of heating load."

Shaoxing accounts for more than half of Zhejiang's printing and dyeing capacity and one-third of China's. Every move here affects the development of the whole domestic printing and dyeing industry! 

If the power supply lasts for a long time, the current capacity cannot keep up with the demand, so we have no choice but to further reduce orders. For printing and dyeing enterprises, the power limit will lead to a decrease in the opening rate. In general, under the influence of the "double control of energy consumption" policy, the operating rate of factories in some areas has declined, especially in the core concentration area of printing and dyeing industry. Some textile printing and dyeing enterprises have planned to reduce production in September, which makes the whole printing and dyeing industry bear great pressure!
